The Firefly backend on Railway serves the Wimbledon Magazine tenant config via the public read API. The Next.js app on Vercel renders this page server-side, caches it via ISR, and invalidates on demand when new stories publish.
From editor submission to live story, the whole flow runs through a single dashboard — and adding a new magazine to the network takes minutes, not days.
